Located in the Carr Hall and Wheatley Lane Road Conservation Area, the architectural design has brought the past and present together. We have proposed a rear extension that contrasts with the host building’s external aesthetic to enable the original to be appreciated in its original form.

The plan has been sensitively designed to preserve the site’s rich history (could add date when it was originally built?). Originally a coach house for passing merchants, this property is set to become a bespoke three bedroom family home in one the borough’s most prestigious postcodes.
